Buckman Architectural Group outsourced this job to us. We dealt
with Client, Manufacturer Reps. and Buckman staff. We complied
with Old Navy Architectural Standards. Our responsibility was
Design and Construction drawings.

We
worked as Associate Architect up to 80% of the work on this
Project. About 10,000sq. ft. Parish Center. We gave Project
to Dharam Mehta Architect to complete. We got the job, invited
Dharam Mehta to join. We did almost exclusively all Construction
Documents including Building Code Analysis, Coordination between
Client (a Construction Co.), Owner and Manufacturer Reps.

Reconstruction
of 5 Unit Apartment / Mixed Use Building,
Elizabeth, NJ
This
building was damaged by fire and was in a very bad
shape.We redesigned all 3 floors. 2 Apartments each
on floor 2nd and 3rd. 1st floor Apartment was Designed
as a Handicap Accessible Apartment. Also on the
first floor was Designed a Beauty Parlor.

who outsourced the job to us.We were responsible
for 50% of the Architectural work. Turner Construction
was Construction Manager cost $3,190,725. Completed
