This project was an Addition/Alteration to the existing Family Room and Master Bedroom. The Family Room was designed as a double-height space.

Architect Buckman Architectural Group outsourced this job to Paritosh Kumar. We dealt with Client and Manufacturers and Buckman staff. We complied with Old Navy Architectural standards. Paritosh Kumar's responsibility was Design and Construction drawings.

St. Anthony's Parish Center, Passaic, NJ

Paritosh Kumar worked as Associate Architect up to 80% of the work on this 10,000sq. ft. Parish Center. Architect is Dharam Mehta. Paritosh Kumar got the job, invited Dharam Mehta to join. Paritosh Kumar did almost exclusively all Construction documents including Building Code Analysis, Coordination between Client (a Construction co.), Owner and Manufacturers. Project is under Construction.

We were consultants to Feltlowitz and Kosten Architects who outsourced the job to us.We were responsible for 50% of the Arch Work. Turner Construction was construction manager cost $3,190,725. completed 1st October 2004.
