- States of New Jersey and New York. Expert in Computer Aided Design
and Drafting (CADD), especially with latest AUTOCAD version, AUTOARCH
and other software, including 3D computer renderings.
Sept 2001-Present:
PRIVATE PRACTICE: Commercial and residential projects
Several
additions and alterations to single and multifamily dwellings.
Alterations to several
retail stores in strip malls.
As Associate Architect
on St. Anthony’s Parish Center to 80% completion: code analysis,
design development, construction documents (working out floor plans,
building and wall sections, doors and windows; finishing schedules,
details, etc., and drawing all in CADD).
My own award winning,
AIA sponsored “Canstruction” project, highly publicized
in newspapers and on NBC news. My WTC idea was also posted on CNN.com.
I am also freelancing
with large architectural firms who outsource to me additions/alterations
to schools, NY aquarium utility hub building etc.
Submitted
design competition for World Trade Center Memorial, NYC. It is being
reviewed.

Senior
Architect - Hirani Engineering - Paritosh Kumar was on payroll of Hirani Engineering as senior architect for a United States
Air Force Project - Technical Training Center Revitalization in Wyoming,
PA. He is responsible for the comprehensive architectural part of the
project. He is doing the building code analysis, fire code analysis,
complying to all relevant military manuals to respond to Air Force design
guidelines, anti-terrorism guidelines, sustainability design, etc. He
is coordinating with the client consultants, manufacturers and Hirani
Staff. He is writing the Design Analysis Report, involved with the design
process and the construction documents process.
Senior Architect –
Montgomery High School - design and construction drawings.
Senior Architect -
Robert Wood Johnson's new cancer hospital, Metrotop Tower High Rise
office bldg., 901 Carnegie Center (5 story office building) –
design, cons. documents, coordination and drafting.
Project Architect - Team leader on several NYC School Const. Authority
and D.D.C. capital improvement projects (including extensive client/consultant
coordination). Also on design team for several public projects like
new 33rd Precinct Police Station, Firehouse and Goodwill Games (1998)
Swimming and Diving Complex (2nd largest in the world).
Intermediate Architect
- On design team for several federal correctional renovation projects
on Rikers Island (NYC) and team leader for CADD production drawings.
Also worked on World Trade Center evacuation plan, TWA terminal renovation
at JFK airport and on loan to Gensler and Assoc. for Rockefeller Center
interior renovation projects.

- On design team for several fast track projects like correctional facilities
at Rikers Island (NYC) (master planning and new jail facilities), prison
in Israel, Onondaga County Jail, etc. and U.S. Surgical Corporation,
N.Y. Co-op. Technical School, etc.

Authority renovation project in the Bronx, Chase Manhattan Bank, New
